Refunds / Exchanges Policy

Q:How can I make a return for a refund or exchange?

A:Please send us an email with the details of your order and the items you would like to return. In order to process a replacement or refund you must return the items you received at your expense within 7 working days and provide a tracking number.

Q:What if I'm not satisfied?

A:You will be. But if you really don't think they're worth the money, then simply return them to us and we will refund your money. Make sure to read our return policies before ordering. Please include all the original packing, material, merchandise, and any included accessories in your package. (Ie. locks, keys, straps, boxes...) Refunds are issued in the same form in which the original payment was made and may take up to 14 business days after the receipt of goods.


We don't cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs, additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
